Horse Cold???

Im thinking my pony has the cold but im not sure... He has a dry cough every now and then (not all the time) and has thick clear discharge coming from his nose. Anything to be worried about??

As long as cough doesn't get worse and snot either goes away or doesn't change, i wouldn't worry too much. Feeding soaked hay on the floor will help as soaking reduces dust and putting it on floor helps gravity do its job if there is any cattarh build up.
